PHP DEVELOPER ROLE

Responsibilities:

• Website Development & Maintenance: Create and maintain WordPress and Laravel websites, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Front-End Development: Convert bespoke designs into HTML and CSS.
• API & Plugin Integration: Integrate APIs and WordPress plugins effectively.
• Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented code adhering to coding standards.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.

Requirements:

• WordPress Experience: Recent hands-on experience with WordPress is essential.
• Laravel Experience: Recent hands-on experience with Laravel is desirable.
• API & Payment Gateway Integration: Proficiency in integrating APIs and payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal.
• Front-End Skills: Strong understanding of CSS/SCSS, responsive design principles, and a keen eye for detail.
• Web Standards & Accessibility: Familiarity with W3C standards and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
• JavaScript Proficiency: Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and VueJS.
• Version Control: Proficient in using version control systems like GitHub.
• Database & Server Management: Understanding of MySQL database setup and administration, along with Linux server management and website deployment.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team and clients.

Salary: £30-35k depending on experience
