While new to the market, the team at Stone & Surfaces Direct has over 25 years of experience working with quarries providing natural stone aggregate and tiling products.
Stone & Surfaces Direct work with a select group of suppliers to provide an environmentally friendly, sustainable source of natural stone products to the UK market. Unlike other retailers in the current market, Stone & Surfaces Direct make it their business to know exactly where their products are sourced, giving their customers complete quality satisfaction when ordering. Customers purchasing from Stone & Surfaces direct can have confidence in the knowledge that their products can be traced all the way back to the original source.
Stone & Surfaces Direct needed a state-of-the-art, bespoke e-commerce system building from scratch.
Due to the complexities of their unique product offering, a traditional e-commerce solution wouldn’t suffice, and such Stone & Surfaces needed a custom-built Laravel e-commerce solution, built on the robust HushCMS framework. To disrupt the current market, Stone & Surfaces Direct needed full copy optimisation and assistance with their launch to include a Google Ads campaign to generate early audience interest.
To deliver a solution that would meet the needs required, the team at Hush built them a robust CMS system, created in Laravel.
To update the product offering quickly and concisely, Hush developed a product upload feed that incorporated all significant updates to the products in an easy to use CSV file. To gain maximum exposure, the website was built with Google Merchant Centre in mind, allowing the team at Hush to create bespoke Google Ads and Google Shopping campaigns.
From design to development to launch and everything in between, the team at Hush worked closely with the management at Stone & Surfaces to ensure that the new website met the needs of the end-users and market. In addition to the development of Google Ads campaigns and copy optimisation, Hush’s digital marketing team has also worked to create an online presence for the fledgeling firm.
