Founded in 2006, Strelitzia was born out of the necessity for professional and easy to use software that could tie in all the aspects of running a florist shop.

Created by florists to help florists run their flower shops better, there was no software like this on the market at the time, therefore the family business Strelitzia was formed.

Their mission is to make business management successful for every florist and strongly believe that there should be a work/life balance in business, which their software aims to help with.

There was the requirement for a new website to better promote the UK’s leading SaaS for the florist industry. 

The client previously had a website, however, it was not fit for purpose. A refreshing and professional website redesign was needed to clearly showcase the software solution on offer and engage their target market, with the end result of a free demo or sign up.

A fully responsive and fluidly functioning website to run on mobile devices, tablets, and desktops was essential with the visual to break the stereotypical presumption that software products are ‘boring’.


The website redesign was completely bespoke and tailored to the requirements and preferences of the client.

Built on the powerful, user-friendly WordPress platform, this meant we could provide an easy to use Content Management System (CMS) for the client to use fluidly following the launch.

A need for clean, easy to understand, and strong colour schemes and graphics was needed to capture the attention and understanding of target clients. We also refreshed the logo to help modernise certain elements and create a more versatile icon. 

Strelitzia’s new website fulfils a number of requirements to ensure that it is instantly engaging and intuitive to website visitors. Information on the floristry software is easy to browse and the process of booking a demo or signing up is seamless.

The team at Hush also carried out full copy optimisation to ensure that the content was thoroughly optimised for all search engines.
